Academy Dress Code

THE ACADEMY

CREATIVE MOVEMENT I & II
Female:  Pink tights, pink leotards, pink leather ballet shoes
Hair secured neatly off face in either a bun or ponytail
Male:  Black shorts, white T-shirt, white socks and black ballet slippers

Pre-Ballet and Ballet I

Female:  Yellow leotard, pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes
Hair secured neatly off face in a bun
Male:  Black shorts, white T-shirt, white socks and black ballet slippers

Ballet II
Female:  Lavender leotard, pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes
Hair secured neatly off face in a bun
Male:  Black shorts, white T-shirt, white socks and black ballet slippers

Ballet III
Female:  Light blue leotard, pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes
Hair secured neatly off face in a bun
Male:  Black shorts, white T-shirt, white socks and black ballet slippers

Pre-Company
Female:  Leotard of class level, pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes
Hair secured neatly off face in a bun
Male:  Black shorts, white T-shirt, white socks and black ballet slippers
 

THE PRE-PROFESSIONAL COMPANY

Ballet IV, V, & VI
Female:  Black leotard, pink tights, pink flat shoes in canvas or leather, pink pointe shoes, black skirt (optional).  In addition, one company leotard and skirt.
Hair secured neatly off face in a bun
Male:  Black shorts, white tank top or T-shirt, black tights, close fitting warm-ups, or white socks and black ballet slippers

THE COMMUNITY SCHOOL

Adult Ballet & Musical Theater
Female:  Comfortable dancewear including leotards, tights, and ballet shoes for Adult Ballet.  Comfortable dancewear and jazz, ballet, dance shoes, or socks for Musical Theater.
Male:  Comfortable dancewear and jazz, dance shoes, or socks for Adult Ballet and Musical Theater.
